What happens after I purchase the package of 4 lessons?
After you click on the confirmation email and you purchase your package of 4 lessons, you will be directed to a booking calendar where you can select the date and time for each of your lessons.
Cancellation & refund Policy
Single Lesson (Individual or Group)
- If the lesson is canceled with 24 hours (or more) of notice, then a full refund is given
- if the lesson is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund is given.
- If an individual or group member doesn't show up for whatever reason, no refund is given.
- Individual or group is allowed to reschedule a lesson with 24 hours (or more) notice.
4 or 8 Lesson Packages (Individual or Group)
- no cancellations accepted for Lesson Packages *you must commit to the number of hours.
- If an individual or group member doesn't show up for whatever reason, no refund is given.
