Personal Brand Statement
Curriculum & Language Education Leadership
I am a curriculum development and language education leader specializing in CEFR and CLB-aligned program design for multilingual learners in post-secondary contexts. With over a decade of experience across Canadian colleges and international education settings, I design and lead curriculum systems that integrate assessment, instructional design, and program development into cohesive learning pathways.
My work focuses on building scalable, standards-aligned academic English and interdisciplinary programs that improve consistency, learner progression, and instructional quality. I have led cross-institutional curriculum initiatives, national training systems, and multi-department instructional design projects that require collaboration with faculty, administrators, and subject matter experts.
I bring a systems-level approach to curriculum leadership, combining expertise in EAP, ESL, and instructional design with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, accessibility, and measurable learning outcomes. My goal is to strengthen educational programs that support multilingual learners in achieving academic and professional success.
