Simply click on the confirmation link within that email, and you will be directed to our checkout page where you can purchase your single lesson. The confirmation email confirms that you're a real human and that you would like to receive emails from Elevation English.

What happens after I purchase the single lesson?
After you click on the confirmation email and purchase your single lesson, you will be directed to a booking calendar where you can select the date and time for your lesson.
Cancellation & refund Policy
Single Lesson (Individual or Group)
- If the lesson is canceled with 24 hours (or more) of notice, then a full refund is given
- if the lesson is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund is given.
- If an individual or group member doesn't show up for whatever reason, no refund is given.
- Individual or group is allowed to reschedule a lesson with 24 hours (or more) notice.
4 or 8 Lesson Packages (Individual or Group)
- no cancellations accepted for Lesson Packages *you must commit to the number of hours.
- If an individual or group member doesn't show up for whatever reason, no refund is given.
